Having a new baby is an exciting time in a person’s life. As a new parent, you want to make sure you do everything right. You research obsessively on the best things for your new baby. One important question that you will face as a new parent is whether you should vaccinate your child. The answer to this question is simple. But what is this word vaccine about. “Vaccination is the injection of a killed or weakened organism that produces immunity in the body against that organism” (Department of Health & Human Services, 2017). Every child should be vaccinated. I can remember as a child having to get shot. The thought of it scared me to death.
