To what extent do you work with the landscape team on a project where the building’s architecture interiors & landscape are involved? The dialogue between the exterior and interior, the sense of movement in and out, the forms and palette of materials should create a cohesive whole if a project is to be truly successful. For most of my projects I have worked this way as the landscape forms the integral part of the master plan. You’ve worked across the board on residential, commercial, hospitality, sport. Travel/ infrastructure and cultural projects.
Locality Planning - The Key Elements A locality plan is a fundamental and dynamic management tool which will state a list of targets to be met within a given locality. It will be based on local needs analysis and will be used to prioritise resource allocation whilst at the same time encouraging involvement and enhancing accountability. Consultation will need to be participative and all who may be affected by the plan would need to be actively encouraged to participate. This would involve amongst others, local community groups, elected members, voluntary organisations, residents, businesses, council services and officials.

A social constructivist class is set up in a manner conducive to such and affords students and teachers the opportunity to nurture such style. I place great value on making sure the environment is fair, safe, and welcoming to all. My management style will allow students to feel secure and comfortable to question learning processes and reflect on the “hows” and “whys” without feeling as if they are questioning authority which can often happen in a teacher centered classroom unfortunately. Students, when given a routine and are treated with structure, generally perform better. By instilling discipline in the classroom, I hope to provide a more stable and more effective learning environment for all. Above all, my educational philosophy in discipline focuses on consistency. I have learned through all theorists, Ms. Devito, all my other professors, and by my own experience that this is a must in the classroom. It is important to be impeccable with our word as teachers because often times, it is the only leverage that we have over the students.
