This online communication technology allows users of all kinds to have a social listening as to whatever issues or news that may arise. Social media is really good for the consumer, as it is a way for them to introduce to world their like or dislike of the particular product they bought. For an organization, social media is used to address marketing issues that some organizations currently have in terms of growing their customer base.
