In order to gain the success or money, shouldn 't have to be the violation of human right or the use of scandals. Lately in the Korean industry, there are few companies who are beginning or been taking advantages over their artists. One of them would be SM entertainment, and the way they use their artist for money and fame. One way that this can be stop is to either write a petition or stand up to the company and take down the CEO. SM entertainment one of the worst company of South Korea, is an independent record label, talent agency, producer, and publisher of pop. Basically what a slave contract is a long term agreement and sometimes unfair, which is signed by kpop artists with their management agencies. Some people say that the slave contract sometimes takes most of the peoples abilities away, like whenever the trainee, so to be idol, wants to make a call home they first have to check with their agencies and sometimes they are able to contact them but most of the times they can’t because they aren’t allowed to be using anything. Also the agency or entertainment would work their people really hard till their tired and they would also be under very intense training. There wouldn’t be anyway way out of their contract unless they either file a lawsuit, like Kris and luhan, or they wait until their contract expires. Sometimes a contract would last for years until that person is able to renew it with that company or they not sign back with them and join other agencies or not at all.There aren’t really good outcome when you sign into specific agencies because some of them would be unfair and treat you like you aren’t even human. They are basically destroying their human rights and taking control over that person making them do whatever pleases the CEO and not giving them any profits either.
