WHAT ARE SUPPLEMENTS?
Generally, a supplement may also be called a dietary supplement. It has certain functions which include providing non-nutrient chemical substances which are believed to have quite useful effects on the human physiology or to help deliver some nutrients that aid in the increase of the quantity of their consumption. A food supplement may also be classified as a product consumed for its dietary ingredient with the goal of adding increased nutritional value to help the diet as a supplement.

Incomplete Protein: Amino acids which cannot be made available by the body are known as the essential amino acids. Proteins containing all nine essential amino acids are known as Complete proteins, whereas Incomplete proteins contain just some, and not all, of the essential amino acids.
Protein Concentrate vs. Isolate: Protein is derived from various sources and can be said to be "concentrated" when the non-protein parts are taken out. The resulting protein is a powder that is 70 to 85 percent pure and undiluted whilst the remaining 15 to 30 percent consist mostly of fat and carbohydrates. Taking a step further in the concentration process, “isolation” helps remove a higher percentage quantity of non-protein content.
