Picture yourself as a pregnant mother, carrying your child for 5 weeks now. At this point in the pregnancy the baby now has a heartbeat, you still want your child. 8 weeks comes along, now this baby is able to feel pain finally, at this point you decide you no longer want this so you decide to have an abortion. Many people think they are making the right decision when they make this choice but really it’s a decision that will haunt you for the rest of your life.

The average woman comes up with at least three excuses for having an abortion; ¾ say they if they have the baby it will interfere with work or school, another ¾ say they can’t afford this child and ½ say they don’t want to be a single parent or they’re having too many complications with their significant other. What if you were one of these woman coming up with an excuse as to why you can’t have this child? Would you really want to go through with killing it instead of having it?

Even though it is wrong to have woman continue pregnancy when rape or incest has occurred or if this pregnancy affects the woman’s health and well-being, it is also wrong to take someone’s life from them. I am against this because back in 2008 approximately 1.21 million abortions took place in the US. Teens under the age of 15 had .05% of all these abortions but the highest ratio was in 2007.

I’ll begin by telling you about the different types of procedures you can go through.

I’ve told you about the types of procedures and what goes on during them, consequences of abortion and other choices you can make instead of abortion.
