Social problems are the root cause for many other problems. Being obese is not anymore a personal problem. It is turned into a huge social problem. Children are the next generation, and every decade more and more get obese. Child should be taught in school as well as at home, about healthy food habits and the importance of keeping himself/herself fit. A lot of children around the world are becoming obese due to an apathetic lifestyle and poor eating habits. Should obese children and adults be banned from what causes their obesity? Food.

Obesity not only affects people’s everyday lives, it also has damaging mental health effects, including negative body image, low self-esteem. The first thing people notice about another is the body, and in this society, being chubby is frowned upon.
