There are many organizations that support the nurse as a leader and continue to help grow that individual. To understand and choose the perfect organization that is right for the individual they must identify their philosophy of care. Philosophy of care is different for every individual, but yet plays a huge role. This provides more jobs for medical professionals across the board especially nurses. This allows for nurses to become great leaders and advocate for their patients. The main focus on AANP political stance includes several values that provide a great framework. With both organizations they can help an individual to become a great leader and to be able to gain an abundance of knowledge. These organizations provide a great wealth of knowledge and job opportunities not just within the work force but great volunteer opportunities to go out into our community. Being able to be a part of an organization sets an individual apart and is able to learn more than just the normal.
