Combination of autoantibodies and auto antigens form, circulate, and are deposited within capillary complexes, renal glomeruli, renal interstitial, serosal membranes and the choroid plexus and in the pleural vasculature (McDonald, Compston, Edan, Goodkin, Hartung, & Lublin, 2001). The formation of these immune complexes triggers an inflammatory response, leading to chronic destruction of host tissue. Lupus has very complex symptoms that are not easy to identify. There are however chief complain that you likely to hear from your patient and this is fatigue, headache, fever, malaise, nausea, vomiting, anorexia, weight loss and abdominal pain (Wong, Ho and Lam, 2000). Lupus has signs and symptoms that are ranging from internal and physical symptoms.

There are many symptoms of appendicitis, mostly involving the abdominal area. Most people with appendicitis experience pain in the lower right area of the abdomen that gets progressively worse as time goes on. Low grade fevers, loss of appetite and swelling of the abdomen are also common symptoms of appendicitis. Less common symptoms include painful urination, cramps and vomiting after abdominal pain. Anyone with these symptoms should get immediate medical treatment instead of trying to treat it with home remedies, as these could make the appendicitis worse.
The inadequate production of cortisol and often deficient levels of aldosterone and adrenal androgens can result in the body attacking itself (autoimmune disease), thus becoming life-threatening. When these hormones are not producing sufficiently it can be detrimental to the body because they are essential for life. The MayoClinic website states the hormone cortisol is necessary and without it can result in excessive levels of potassium and low levels of salt, causing an electrolyte imbalance in the body. It can also hinder the body’s ability to convert foods into energy, affects the body’s inflammatory response, and impede the body’s ability to respond to stress appropriately. It also can affect a person’s overall mental well-being by influencing sexual development among males and females by causing diminished libido and muscle mass.
