The National Anti-Racism Strategy

Racism is a part of everyday thing it's the belief that particular race is better than the other leading to abusive or aggressive behaviour towards members of another race. "Stop Hate 2000" campaign stated that the causes of racism are xenophobia, the fear of different people. An element of xenophobia is present in racism. Deep fear can express itself in racially motivated violence, a need to feel OK, to feel worthwhile. This can result in people wanting to feel superior to others, Allows one group to socially, politically, and economically dominate other groups. An American Psychological Association article states racism serves to "rationalize the hierarchical domination of one racial or ethnic group over other group(s), and maintain psychological, social and material advantages for the dominant group.", Ignorance of other cultures, religions, or values or fear of sharing power with others. 66% of people experience racism and 34% say no, nine out of ten respondents said that racism was either an extremely important or a very important issue facing individuals and Australia as a whole. Racism can take many offensive forms such as jokes, harrasment or bullying and it's anything that causes emotional, mental or physical abuse. At its most serious, racism can result in acts of physical abuse, violence or suicide. Racism can directly or indirectly exclude people from accessing services or participating in employment, education, sport and social activities. It can also occur at a systemic or institutional level through policies, conditions or practices that disadvantage certain groups. It stops with me campaign was made to deal with this important issue in Australia.

'Racism. It Stops With Me' campaign will be so helpful if it got applied in Egypt as it handle Egyptians' cultural issues between religions, through it's different ways of solving racism problems between religions, races... This project needs time to gain trust between people in Egypt, And it will help in solving a part of the unemployment problem in the country. In addition to some support from businessmen which is available in Egypt who should contribute to solve this problem with their donates, connection and support would help this campaign to achieve a huge success in Egypt.
