In the history of modern societies dilemma over defense of life and the legalization of abortion is a topic that has generated extensive controversy. In many parts of the world for several decades, there have been significant advances. The legalization of abortion is a nonviable process because bring big consequences on the health of the mother, not would respect the right to life and finally still no scientific evidence to prove the existence of life in the embryo.

According to the World Health Organization induced abortion is “the termination of pregnancy before the fetus is capable of extrauterine life, due to an intervention made expressly for this purpose” (WHO). The main causes of this practice are caused by little or no information about induced abortion, its effects and consequences, lack of support, pressure from the family, peer pressure, lack of access to contraceptive methods, the ineffective use of contraceptive methods, sexual violation, lack of funds to keep the newborn, etc.
The consequences can be fatal as it compromises the life of the woman. Among the physical effects of breast cancer, ovarian, cervical, uterine perforation, cervical tears, endometriosis, bleeding, infection, complication, infertility, abnormal menstruation, birth children born in subsequent pregnancies of women is other consequence, which are psychological which consist of stress disorders, sexual dysfunction, requirement of psychological treatments, drug abuse and alcohol to ease the pain of causing death, eating disorder, increased smoking, divorce is also given or relationship problems, suicide, depression, insomnia, nightmares , among many others. All humans has the right to live and even more to enjoy full health therefore abortion should be considered as a violation of these rights and the only way to prevent is giving adequate sex education and ethics to have a well-formed conscience and can Distinguish Between good deeds and bad deeds. In this way we will respect the basic rights of others and thereby help Achieve the common good in society.
