The majority of abortions are made due to the way the baby was conceived. This is usually because of rape. Like my story, many things crossed my mind family, church, people, and the most important myself. At the end of the day, I could not live with myself knowing that I was rape and from that a baby was conceived. Is a choice I was forced to make, I was young, scared, afraid. I search for all the available information as to why I should have let the baby lived. I would have probably loved my child, but the memory of that person who rape me will always be in my son’s image. A decision I made back in 2007 and to this day it hunts me, but it was a decision I had to make. My health was at risk and rape was always on my mind.
