Megan is a humble and selfless about what she is doing. “Dr. Coffee is the ideal foreign-aid delivery figure. She's creative; she's responsive. She lets Haiti teach her how to deal with Haiti" (Brown). Dr. Coffee went down to Haiti after the earthquake that killed 100,000 of men, women, and children. Megan was moved by the devastation that she created a foundation that raised money to help the people. The money earned has been used to help defeat infectious disease. Megan has been a great influence in Haiti. The way she has dedicated her life to curing disease is humbling.
