Forest Woodward is well known as one of the adventures photographer and the filmmaker. As a young shooter, Woodward, shows unique techniques to direct few documentaries features films. Although, his contribution towards the photographer let him to a successful filmmaker and he able to manages good relationship between a photographer and a film director. Later on his life, filmmaker Woodward was able to discovers that he was a great influence by this dad, Doug Woodward, who walked into the wild and discovers the important place when he was a young man. In The Important Places filmmaker choose awesome music because it gives viewer to feel in the best mood while watching. Similarly, Contributing Writer for Film Rejects, Allison, says “Music is an important part of any film, but with documentaries, the music becomes all the more important because it is reflecting real world issues and not just a works of fiction.” I agree with Allison, because music is the one media to draw viewers’ feeling, which touches the soul as well as capable of bonding people together from different background, and cultural heritage. In one particular scene, director was truly a great one, featuring special focus on his dad life and the Colorado River. It was so cool to highlights of the movie by one of his favorite poem written by his dad when he was born, the Important Place. Also, this film was a good length, not excessively long but long enough to tell the story. This is really important today there were no such unwanted scene in the film, which literary the most closely and accurately delivered. In my opinion, this film is forced to possess the characters of a great aspect, and turns to make for quite the adventurous. There was no special character encounter rather than his dad, learned something from the secret Colorado River. Another great aspect of the film was the special footage that were introduce in this film was an enjoyable aspect to be a good documentary film, and that’s how this film is different from the rest.
Overall, in my opinion, this film portrayal the fantastic story of his beloved dad and the Colorado River. Also the lesson that he learned from his dad about the important place. It is a good short documentary film with the sums up his superb visual content and masterful personalities. Although, this film is what truly meets distinct atmosphere in its cinematography. I recommend watching The Important Place with your love once. Under these conditions, I bet you will like this
