We all know that regular physical activity is an important part of effective weight loss and weight maintenance. It does not matter what type of physical activity you perform exercise, household chores, yard work, or work-related tasks are all beneficial. Losing weight is a battle that I have been fighting for several years. Weight Loss is not only physical, it is also a mental which is why it’s been so hard for me to loose. The lack of motivation starting a diet and sticking to an exercise plan.
I must make this commitment to workout, eat better, and become more active if I plan to achieve any weight loss plan. I need to find a weight plan that fits my lifestyle and stick to it. Exercising and getting my mind, body and soul are the greatest opportunity for growth and can impact my life tremendously. I failed so many times trying to achieve this goal but didn’t understand the true personal development. Realizing that I am responsible for my life, my emotions and myself. Using my personal objectives and the SMART guide will turn these into specific activities.

This is not an easy undertaking, but is important to have a realistic picture of a starting point to begin my weight challenge and exercise plan. I must know how I arrived at this point, what was the cause of this weight challenge whether it was stress, work and or school. I must overcome these barriers to meet my goals.
