Nepal is a small land-locked county with an area of 147,000 square kilometers, surrounded by the Tibetan region of China on the north and India on the rest, with a total population of 27.80 million in 2013 (World Development Indicators Data Base, January 2014), but is one of the growing tourism destinations in Asia. Nepal features diverse physiographic and ecological characteristics. Nepal’s diversity attracts tourists around the world. Its physical uniqueness offers a wide scope of activities that range from visiting jungle resort camp to trekking in snow-capped mountains.
