1.0 INTRODUCTION
This report contains descriptive information of certain destination of developing countries. Developing countries are categorized by the Gross National Income (GNI) per capita per year, whose GNI are $11,905 or less than that are the one- as specified by World Bank, 2012 (The International Statistical Institute, 2014). Developing countries and groups are prominently the LDCs; very limited progress has been evident. The output and trade of these countries 1 are growing less rapidly than those of other developing countries, and they continue to rely overwhelmingly on exports of a few primary commodities with unstable prices and subject to long-term deteriorating terms of trade (Michalopoulous, 2001).
I have chosen SANGA, KAVREPALANCHOWK (kavre) DISTRICT for the academic report submission of Tourism and Developing Countries. The area of Sanga, part of the Kavrepalanchok district to the east of Kathmandu, boasts a rich cultural past, one that is defined by colourful customs and rituals steeped in history, and practiced for centuries. Sanga Kavre is located in sub-locality, Bagmati District (Central Region State of Country, Nepal). Sanga has extended in an area of 9.18 sq. and it’s about 1480m-1850m high from sea level. It is located 21km east of capital city of Nepal i.e. Kathmandu and 9km west of Dhulikhel. Its area has been divided into 9 wards (OneClickNepal, 2012). Sanga has overall latitude of 27.634738500000000000 and longitude of 85.483960400000000000 (DistanceFrom.com, 2013). Sanga has been categorized under Eastern Vanjyang (Gate), one of four parts covering the Kathmandu Valley. It has a total population of 6121, male 2935 and female 3186 from the 1305 total household. Threat can de sudden, mishaps or intentionally. Few years back the threat of Maoists was the major problem but now due to change in Government and political stability it has lessened. The local youth clubs does pressurize investors for funds and donation this might leads to loss huge investor and the local market has been slowly replacing by import products. On the other hand illegal movement like deforestation, trafficking, smuggling has affected the social norms and values.

8.0 Key issues and its impacts
The selected destination has good reviews and points as well as bad ones. Some negative impact and action has dragged down the level of security and quality in it. Following are the major issues that cannot be ignored.
