One of the best ways to share information was the Internet, which was originated in the beginning for military purposes, and very quickly entered in everyday use. Today, the Internet – is one of the well-known phenomena of information technology. The Internet at this stage of globalization has a significant impact and is becoming one of the main ways of its functioning and development. Thus, the information space is becoming more and more important in shaping the future in the era of globalization. With the process of globalization, development of information technology is greatly accelerated. And mankind begins "sink" in the vast amount of information "needed and necessary" to know, to keep up with development. Many virtual museums ,libraries, clubs and via correspondence, system of search of partners and associates, various forums, news feeds, videos, music and all information are available to all categories of users. The development of technical means led to the formation of global information space - the international system the production, distribution and use of information. At the same time, contradictions between national and world cultures began to emerge. There is an attempt to absorption of national cultures by world culture. Furthermore, it leads to the process of occurrence identities, which will "change" their national culture and expose to the world.
