Technology now a days is every where there is even wearable technology, but it still has a lot to show us. Since it came to every filed we had to see it in schools for student to use and for teacher to teach in a new and revolutionary ways. It is not easy to make technology part of every day school life, because it will change a whole generation and researchers had to make sure it would be positive for student to use the technology in class. In the resent years hundreds of these studies have been done and the results were mostly positive but there was a bit of negativity and teachers were worried about that. also if the student founded an interesting thing about his class or the homework he can get almost all the information he needs with in minutes and they spent more time doing educational activities which enhanced some of there abilities like problem solving, critical thinking skills, math skills, and they found writing with keyboards is a lot easier and faster so the wrote more especially elementary students which improved there writing skills, so students got to teach them selves things that can be valuable in the class or …show more content…

I say that because I had this experience when I was at the first year of middle school when our school decided to make a “Smart Class” and I was one of the first generation students in this class, but this class was a big failure it was not a “Smart Class” the only different between our class and the normal classes is that we had laptops that has E-books in it that is all and since we had the internet all the time I used to play online games with my friends who were sitting next to me in class while the teacher is giving the lesson all of the student at that class had there worst grades that year. Comparing this to ACOT and eMINTS there was a huge different and they had amazing results and actually eMINTS project discovered that teachers who had a good knowledge of using the technology there students had better grades than those teachers who did not have enough knowledge of the technology that was used in class, so they had a 200 hours program for teachers to learn about the technology they have to deal with. Researchers had more reasons for why not to use technology but some of there reasons conflicted with other studies they said children brain can be effected but actually ACOT and eMINTS showed that students had improved in many skills.
