What are the core ingredients to any business? The core ingredients to any business, is organization, teamwork and communication. There a plenty more variables when it comes to a business, but if f a business wants to be successful, they have to have these valuable elements. Without these elements a business would just fall apart quickly. Organization helps put structures into the workplace, leading to better performances and results. It involves everything within the company. Every department, lowest and highest, has to work together to be able to perform at a certain level so the business lasts. Michael Jordan could not have won 6 NBA finals all by himself. With the help of his teammates, the Chicago Bulls achieved greatness. This team had, no doubt, the greatest team chemistry anyone could ever have.. When a company organizes a team, those individuals could work on achieving a goal that was out of their reach when they were working alone. Working as a team can cause people to look at different perspectives. Good and efficient teamwork, can cause 5 key things any group needs: lean structure, increased competitiveness, creates synergy, and enhanced communication. Lean structure is the result of good teamwork, where the employees can have more freedom and innovation, causing the employees to have more free range on how they want their progress to be done. When you have a strong and good communicating team in the workplace, it brings emotional support for whoever needs it.
