Nowadays, organizations used many kind of performance appraisal to evaluate their employees in the organization. When we talk about the performance appraisal but without knowing the means behind it, it becomes a doubt to who do not have any knowledge about it. Performance appraisal, in the other names can be called performance evaluation or performance review and performance management means is the evaluation toward the employees in the company whether they have to improve their performance from any aspects such as from the attitude, maybe one of the employee should not gossiping in workplace or being motivated by employer to be better worker in future. There are organizations that do the performance review annually, every 6 month or follow the regular time which is every 3 month to evaluate the employee. The organizations still do the evaluation even though it is too late and employers will evaluate wisely on every employees. Feedback given by the employer will motivate and make the employee being productivity. The process also needs the fair and accurate proceeding which the employer cannot treat every employee with different evaluation. The employer must be honest to the employee toward the evaluation and do not just evaluate them with the performance that they are doing at that time. The employee will get reward after the performance appraisal. If they are the good performance, there will be more reward for them and if they are the poor performance, there will be little reward to them based on their performance. For example in banks of public sector that being selected, performance appraisal of employee do not include of financial rewards but in Indian private sector banks that being selected, financial rewards is include in performance…show more content…
