Then, organizational behaviour defined the study of what people think, feel and do in and around organizations. Organizational Behavior is field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups and structure have on behavior within organization. It is the knowledge about how people act within organizations. It applies broadly to the behavior of people in all types of organizations, such as schools, business, government, and services organizations. Organizational behaviour is for everyone in every level, and employees are expected to manage themselves and work effectively with others in workplace.

The team effectiveness can be influenced by task characteristics, team size and team composition. Task characteristics defined as the task complexity demands teamwork, but teams also work better when the work is well-structured tasks rather than ambiguous because it is easier to coordinate the work among several people. Teamwork effectiveness also can be influenced by task interdependence. Team members must share materials, information, or expertise to perform their jobs. Teams usually better because high interdependence improves communication between each other and also motivates team membership. However, teamwork will become less effective if task goals differ. In Maze Runner movie, most of the people hold to a same goal which escape from the maze makes them become brave and build a team to make a run for it although they know this task may cause them kill by Grivers. Moreover, the team size also will affect the effectiveness of teamwork. Although smaller teams are better because it can easier to maintain efficient coordination and meaningful involvement of each member, but team must be large enough to accomplish task. In this movie, Thomas and his partner try to convince more and more people to join their team because they know that run out from maze is a very dangerous and challenging task. They need cooperation from a lot of people to complete the task. They need to fight off with a lot of terrible Griever so they need a lot of manpower for
