Unlike healthcare, the industry that I operated in lacked continuity, so my skills at maintaining these qualities were deficient. Moreover, although I worked in an organization with many departments, my management, communication and compliance with the various divisions was not a regular occurrence. To further strengthen these leadership values, I will need to better understand the official roles and responsibilities of the organization, but also recognize the different informal networks that will further help with my leadership and compliance.
