For many years the terms management has been used in the professional field, whether it is through health, financial, business, or other productive fields it plays an important role. Within a management, there is always a leadership that compresses organization together. When I think of the word management, I literally go back to my notes about the term management and its purpose. As the general term goes, management is form of arts and skills that effectively and efficiently composites resources that is needed to set and to accomplished the goals and objectives of the organization. this article gives a depth to the importance of hospital physician staff collaboration. Why some hospitals have different forms of management or leadership style when it comes to caring for patients. This article basically talks the collaborative between the physician and staff. Collaborative between physicians and staff, is the fundamental roots of management and at this level of collaboration, it helps build trust amongst different experts and educates them in respects to the strengths and weaknesses of each individual that makes up the organization and their team. With this understanding, it helps medical staff perform their duties more proficiently and consequently continue to succeed. According to the story, while at the hospital, the patient who had admitted sister notice the nurses talking about the decision the physician had made while treating the patient. They were talking about how much fluid the patient was getting. Within that movement the patient sister heard their conservation and asks why they couldn’t talk to the physician about the condition of her sister. One the nurses said “the physician was not open to her question or suggestion”. The way thing were manage at this hospital was the physicians way or not. It was very clear and precise about and the way physicians behave toward their nurses at this hospital. It was indeed unethical and not being able to communicate, exchange, or share ideas with their nurse’s show their style of leadership. This infirmity is indeed acceptable because nobody had talk or speaks out about it. A perfect of the situation concerning the issue with the nurses and the physician. Nurses should foster collaborative planning to provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered health care. As nurses, we probably know the patients the best since we spend much more time with them than any other members of the care team. We are the liaison between the patient and the rest of the care team. We need to identify a potential problem or issue, and bring it to the attention of the whole care team. We should facilitate mutual trust, respect, shared decision-making, and open communication among all relevant persons in the care of the patients. With the collaborative support of the whole care team, the patients are in a much better position and are more likely to make an informed and deliberate decision. Besides, the collaboration among the care team can facilitate communication among the care providers, and provide a channel for the care providers to vent their stress caused by the ethical dilemmas that they encounter in work. The demand of a constantly developing health service has required each professional to become highly specialised within their own field. Despite the focus for all professionals being on the delivery high quality care (Darzi, 2008); no one profession is able to deliver a complete, tailored package. This illustrates the importance of using inter-professional collaboration in delivering health care. Patient centric care is further highlighted in policies, emphasising the concept that treating the illness alone whilst ignoring sociological and psychological requirements on an individual is no longer acceptable. Kenny (2002) states that at the core of healthcare is an agreement amongst all the health professionals enabling them to evolve as the patient health requirements become more challenging but there are hurdles for these coalitions to be effective: for example the variation in culture of health divisions and hierarchy of roles. Here Hall (2005) illustrates this point by stating that physicians ignore the mundane problems of patients, and if they feel undervalued they do not fully participate with a multidisciplinary team.
Best possible care for patients can and will be achieved when nurses and other health care team members work together and prioritize meaningful conversation among each other. Dissatisfaction, errors and unfair treatment can be avoided when there’s an effective collaboration among health care team. Working collaboratively with each other improves the nursing care by bringing out the best outcome of each discipline. Thus, in my stand among various competencies, team work and collaboration is the most necessary and vital qualities needed for future nurse to provide the best quality care
According to the World Health Organization, Collaborative practice in health care for instance nursing, occurs when numerous health workers from various professional backgrounds provide comprehensive services by working together with patients, their families, care-givers and communities to deliver the best quality of care across settings (CAN, 2011). The elements of collaborative practice include accountability, responsibility, communication, assertiveness, co-operation, co-ordination, mutual respect and trust. These interactions reveal a blend of professional cultures, which are achieved by sharing of knowledge and skills to improve the care of the patient (Bridges et al, 2011). Professional collaboration is an important aspect regarding patient safety in the medical field. This is a time when different kinds off professionals collaborate with one another about a patient’s health status and condition. “Specifically, Interprofessionality is a process by which professionals reflect on and develop ways of practicing that provides an integrated and cohesive answer to the needs of the client/family/population…(involving) continuous interaction and knowledge sharing between professionals” (Black, 2014). The collaboration of different professionals allow for a better decision to be made towards the patient’s health outcomes.
In 2012, the Department of Health (DoH) presented the ‘6 Cs’, a set of six core values which underpin everything that nursing, midwifery and care staff do. They include care, compassion, competence, communication, courage and commitment. However more recently there have been calls on the NHS to add a seventh C: collaboration. As Wiltjer (2017) argues, “current best practice in nursing is rooted in person-centred care, shared decision-making and multidisciplinary teamwork” and that care based on these principles “requires extensive collaboration between professionals, as well as between professionals, patients and relatives”. Collaboration is the foundation to success in any team. In the healthcare setting, interprofessional collaboration (IC) has been a significant trademark among numerous highly successful innovations. Collaboration between nurses and other healthcare providers improves the quality of care, coordination, and communication between the team leading to increased patient safety. Working in a team to achieve common goals implies open communication, respect for others, mutual trust, and honesty. Teamwork and collaboration in the healthcare industry is an essential part of making sure that the patients we care for reach optimal outcomes. It is no longer a world where the nurse’s only job is to take orders from physicians. As nurses it is our responsibility to advocate for our patients and the best way for this to happen is through teamwork and collaboration with the patient, families and other professionals involved in their care. By forming clear and logical objectives and understanding the roles and tasks of each member of the team, we work towards the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Leadership is defined as the skills and ability to set future goals in accordance with the organizational goals and to communicate those goals to other employees in such a way that they voluntarily and harmoniously work together to accomplish those goals for the benefit of the organization. In this paper, I will differentiate between management and leadership.
