Excellent question, although I wished we had the opportunity to meet face to face to talk about these questions. I hope you are feeling well now.

1) What worked well for you in the School of Business (School overall, not just your major)?

The faculty in School of Business has been phenomenal. The faculty has years of experiences combined and they always make themselves available for students. Getting some one on one with the instructor was important to me. GBA is, in my opinion, one of the important necessity for me. GBA taught what I really need to know and gave me confidence to put my best foot forward.

2) What could be improved in the School of Business?

I have had couple interviews for internship but did not get the job because of lack of experience. I was told that my education background was superb but need job related experience. It would be nice, if the department could collaborate with an agency who specialize in finding employment for students and get them job-related experience they need. SIUe has awesome networks, and it would be nice if they could do something that would guarantee students who want a position in an internship or a long-term job, and of course with student 's dedication. Right now, I do not have an IT job and I am graduating and it is very likely I will have to accept an entry level position which pay less and also mean I will have to work 2 jobs until I get enough experience to move up the ladder. This is where I wish this department would provide resource for.

It would be nice if the department would have better tutoring system, or better access to tutoring. I recall one time when I was struggling with Finance 300 or 320, I needed an tutor but due to schedule conflict, I could not get an tutor for this class. There was several time when I need tutor for some of my classes but there was none, the only help I could get was one on one with my instructor. This really limits effective learning for me and I imagine it would be for some other students as
