Putting much what we have in education is best way in the development process. It helps to enhance skills, knowledge, attitudes and motivation that is relevant to economic and social development. That is why World Bank invested for education in developing countries, and in return educational policies have been formulated that much contributed to the country’s development (Psacharopoulos, G., & Woodhall, M. (1993). Furthermore, McKeown, R., Hopkins, C. A., Rizi, R., & Chrystalbridge, M. (2002) also stated; education is very important instrument in achieving sustainability. Self- Determination Theory is the best determinant in conducting a study. Based on this theory, they found out that identity formation was mediated by motivational regulation and exploration and this could be assisted by basic psychological needs(Madjar & Cohen-Malayev, 2013). Identity formation is also considered as an important aspect of adolescents’ development.
