The importance and value of exercise for health is just as important as the food we eat and here is why. It started about five years ago that I was introduced to a whole new lifestyle. A healthy organic lifestyle. I started to date a personal chef who specialized in organic, esoteric, natural cuisine. Chef Annah prepares healthy alkaline organic meals to help people who have serious health conditions. Chef Annah’s background is in Clinical Nutrition and took cooking classes at The Natural Gourmet Institute of Food and Health in New York City. She began her career in the kitchen at the age of twelve making fresh baked bread for her family’s restaurant at the Jersey Shore. She has worked in the restaurant industry all her life. We are geared for movement not to have a sedentary lifestyle. We need to exercise to help raise the body temperature and to build and maintain strong bones, muscles and joints. Without exercise we become weak, have poor circulation, excess body fat, poor musculature, sagging skin, fragile skin, prematurely aged appearance, generalized weakness, faulty resistance to infection, poor wound healing and the lack for life. Since protoplasm is the very substance of life, the stuff that makes up our cells and tissue. The object of all it, is to rally the thixotropic principles of the protoplasm to become active to encourage the physiological activity of the protoplasm. Exercise and increased activity every day is the way to achieve the these results.
