Marshall Law In Sierra Leone Sierra Leone is a country on the West Coast of Africa. The country has their first independence on April 27 1961.Also the country is was the last to have independence over 150 years by the British colonial rule. It was great at that time there were smiles on the people faces and happiness all Around the country. Then the A.P. All People's Congress comes to power to make the country better or us The president at that time name was Siaka Stevens. The people have jobs and so at the farm Working and making differences. Keep in mind the beautifulness of Sierra Leone was just started And the people were good looking and hard working. The country has been improving on all kind of things, one of those things is [reconciliation, but poverty and unemployment are still major challenges].People have been working with The government and it was going fine and everyone willing to work with the government. But the war happening for one major reason and it started on 23 March 1991 and ended on 2002. It was all happening just to overthrow the Joseph Momoh government. That war makes People All around the country weak and weaker the government never be strong from then on. That war was the worst thing the people of Sierra Leone ever faced in their live Some of the people still got nightmare. At last everything happening for a reason rite But that didn’t gonna stop Sierra Leone to keep moving ahead. The marshall law in Sierra Leone started when Alhaji Dr. Ahmad Tejan Kabbah came to power. He started take big lands from other people and give them a little money to live somewhere Other than the land t... ... middle of paper ... ... to live and have food as any time they want. It is my contention that land makes more money so the government will be more richer than the destitute people who doing the hard work will work on their land and got paid a little. For instance those workers will come to work early in the morning like 7AM just to work and have some money to eat and for the family.Those people will leave the work and go home like 4PM in the afternoon it hard work they doing and they don’t have a good medication after that. In some cases some of those workers don’t have the right tool and the other just give up and steal all day long. The youth have less of everything in the that country it crazy how the youth say the government take their life away then the government say the youth is lazy . At last it been better than yesterday say by my uncle and aunt and great grandma .
