Psychological Trauma can alter, destroy and create a lot of bad impacts in a person’s life. The main definition of psychological trauma is the results of unique individual experience of an unusually event that invaded a person’s sense of security and safety, making he or she feels helpless and at risk of dangerous situation, and the ability to assimilate his or her emotional experience is overwhelmed at certain situation. (Lawrence Robinson, 2011) A much more serious psychological trauma can leads to Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PSTD) in certain circumstance. Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PSTD) is an anxiety disorder that certain peoples can change after seeing or living through a dangerous incident or after expose to any event that results in psychological trauma. (The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), 2009). For instance, when a person is in danger, him or her certainly to feels fear. These fears eventually trigger changes in the body to get ready to self-protection to counter the danger or escape from it. But for one who suffers in posttraumatic stress disorders, their reaction is no longer same as a normal person, in order word, damaged. These people usually feel stressed or fearful even when they are safe and already escape from danger. There are several factors that causes psychological trauma on an individual. There are categorized into two categories, the dissimilarity between single blow and repeated trauma which will be emphasize on whether it is natural or human made trauma. These two categories covering almost all of the factors that causes psychological trauma on an individual whereby we will be explain in detail in the following paragraphs. Everyday, stories of people who feel the effects of past traumatic events in their present day life are published online, on television, on the radio, and even in movies. Trauma is a leading cause of many health-related problems in the world. Trauma is defined as a deeply distressing or disturbing experience or a physical injury. When an everyday person thinks of the word trauma, we do not necessarily think about the extreme cases, such as being involved in a mass shooting, being kidnapped, or being stuck on a boat with a tiger in the middle of the ocean. An everyday person would think of getting into a car accident, getting a concussion, or sustaining an injury.
