The climate of a specific are pertains to the average weather pattern over time, but how is the climate of Earth described? Many scientists are aware Earth is the most favorable planet suited for life. However, are Earth’s suitors destroying their own home? Perhaps it could be Earth itself, naturally evolving and subsiding. Obviously, the Earth has changed more than 11,000 years ago during the Ice Age when the large ice sheet covering earth began to melt due to heat. Is it possible for the Earth to get so hot, it melts away?
Earth’s average temperature has risen 1.4 degrees Fahrenheit in the last century. In 1880 -to1935, the temperature was consistently negative. Since 1917, global temperature has warmed, showing the highest anomalies of carbon emissions in the past 120 years. The insignificant changes in the average temperature of the planet can transform to large and potentially dangerous shifts in climate and weather over a series of time.
