Dumping of new babies cases are very serious issue that cannot be regarded as a fringe issue. It is among a string of social problems that are very disturbing. In the modern world, the problems of new babies are more widespread and concern to all countries including Brunei Darussalam. If it is still continuing, it may affect the image of the countries especially Islamic countries in particular. The various attempts have been made by various parties to solve the problem. Unfortunately, until now there is no concrete solution to overcome this problem. This is due to the lack of cooperation from various parties. Therefore, the dumping of new babies in the community markedly the teenagers is due to several causes. Several ways for new babies who are not blameworthy. Some are kept in a box and left in the landfill, placed in the garden area surrounded by ants and some are washed into rivers. The results of violent acts that lead to new babies are exposed to danger and death.
Before the advent of Islam, the Arabian in pre-Islamic was killing their female children to plant their lives this was because the girls have to feel ashamed. This is recounted in the Qur'an by the word of Allah:

Thus, each individual and the community should jointly fight against adultery, incest, remove or kill the new babies in order to achieve harmony and prosperity of our society and to avoid a disaster. So, we as the people in the country should remain other people not to do this type of criminal. We hope, our country will be safe and clean by this type of criminal.
The idea of bringing an unwanted baby into the world is wrong in so many ways. I personally believe having a child is an important decision that requires consideration, preparation, and planning. Having both parents to love, protect and care for the child should be the ideal way, but not having any of those would be devastating. According to “ The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Article , it stated that “unintended pregnancies are associated with birth defects, low birth weight , maternal depression, increased risk of child abuse ,lower educational attainment, delayed entry into prenatal care, a high risk of physical violence during pregnancy, and reduced rates of breastfeeding.” (75). As stated in the article, unintended pregnancies can become a result of many risks. I strongly agree with this statement because as I mentioned before a pregnancy requires plenty of consideration. For example, if a woman becomes pregnant and she is a drug addict, she is prone to put the drugs over the baby ,and that baby is likely to be born with some disabilities because of he or she was not taken seriously.
