Plant Location Lab
Background: This investigation involves with dependents of plants around the world growing constantly. Recently, plants have been growing at a slow ate without any sunlight. According to scientists, plants are now growing without light and effects the development stages. The longer the measurement of the seeds to bloom, the longer the estimating growth rates between 2 weeks to 2 months to evolve.
Scientists pointing out saying that plants will grow rapidly without sunlight. The plants are supposed to be grow with photosynthesis and respiration. Without the photosynthesis, then the location of the biome would depended the outcome of plant growth. For the research question, how does changing the concentration of plant growth …show more content…

Some plants have different shapes and sizes of the plants’ growth while others do not.
Independent variable: Light
- Sunlight and light classrooms will only affect the plants at a certain time limt because the plants are place inside the building and near the windows.
Controlled variable: Methods, plant samples, temperature
- Methods on trying to figure out where to put each plant sample near from the back, the front or in the center of the inside. Each plant sample will be given a letter and the name of the plant named on the cup. The temperature will be running inside the building to collect data of the results and the amount of water given will determined the plants from growing.
- There will be two groups of 3 different type of plants that will be measure on how long the stomata is growing, the amount of water each day and the location.
Uncontrolled variable: The locations of the inside of the classroom and light.
- Light will only be inside and outside of the classroom.
Materials:
● Three medium transparent cups with the sizes of 1 to 3 inches
● Three large non-transparent cups with the sizes of 1 to 3 …show more content…

The hypothesis states the plants will grow faster under the sunlight and their growth rate would increase. The data shows that each plants growth and how the temperature effects them from growing. Photosynthesis, transpiration and respiration play a basic part of the plant growth. Yet, there are issues behind plant growth is lack of water, weak soil, and over watering plant. Over watering affects the plants from growing when the soil absorbs the water too fast, and the nutrients won’t have the time to absorb it rapidly. Lack of light could also affect the plant’s growth becomes slow and plants fails to bloom. The solution would be to reduce room temperature by amount 3 Celsius and pour water less frequently. These growing problems are the reason why both group included samples B and C (1st group) and samples A and B (2nd group) were not
