As an outside consultant, a brief analysis of the Coca Cola business will outline motivation for the employee and the organization. Additionally, information will offer basic training knowledge through three distinct areas. These areas are employee growth, legal requirements and, diversity. Within these three areas, each of the programs can meet personal and professional employee needs, while demonstrating what the company gains by offering training.
Coca Cola is the number one nonalcoholic beverage company and it is also the world's most recognizable brand. This company is the home for five other top drinks as well which are coke, diet coke, fanta and sprite. Having the world’s largest distribution system and selling to more than 200 countries worldwide, these soft drinks combined are All of these combined are worth in excess of 16 billion dollars.
Legal Requirements
Coca Cola Company believes in responsible corporate governance and they participate in political process to educate the U.S policy makers and help shape reasonable policies that impact their business (Coca-Cola Company, 2012). This company also complies legal requirements regarding contributions to political organizations, candidates for federal, state and local public office, ballot measure campaigns, political action committees and trade associations. Coca Cola's is currently involved with these individuals and organizations as part of taking a proactive approach in the commitment to the communities they engage in.
