Organizations are classified as collections of individuals who work on different tasks together and coordinate their functions to attain future aspirations. A good leader should establish the possibilities for his or her workers to cooperate and coordinate within the firm. The condition indicates that the managers need to organize, plan, control, and lead people and other resources to achieve the best outcomes through minimal conflicts. The challenge of an enterprise is to enhance the potential advantages of cultural differences by instituting a willingness to compromise and share the success, attitudes, vision, mental models, and competence amongst the employees so that they can learn as the firm learns (Devinatz, 2011). As the world shifts from the post-modern period, it is changing, and everyone must dare to change with it. People should consolidate their efforts to move in the same direction. Globalization is creating drastic changes that are not only occurring due to service opportunities and technological improvements, but also because of competitive environments and domestic infrastructures. Associated with the conditions are ideologies that provide meaning and guide what they think or do. Therefore, in a multicultural organization, certain behaviors and attitudes will generate a response or feeling that is negative or positive. The individuals will also develop a different or competing vision that present intergroup arguments. Not everybody perceives the goals of the business in a similar manner leading to the lack of unity that reduces effectiveness.
