DESIGNING PHASE 1. Design Coordination and Consultation The project manager will responsible in assisting and coordinating the entire process in design from the review of conceptual designs amid development to providing recommendation of any alternative solutions whenever design details would possibly affect the construction feasibility. He will also advise on site use and improvements, selection of materials, building systems and equipment. From this, he will give his recommendations on relative construction feasibility. This includes various constraints such as the availability of materials and labor, estimated time for installation and construction and most importantly the cost for the project.
The team members need to reassess the plan at each and every phase of the project. Executing Process (Schwalbe, 2014): In executing phase the actions are done based on the demand of planning process. The project manager need to concentrate on executing phase along with the planning phase. The quality of the product need to be checked and also need to manage the stakeholders. Monitoring and controlling Process (Schwalbe, 2014): The project manager need to monitor the project team from beginning of the project to the end of the project need to verify if any issues to be solved and also need to check whether the objective needs are being met or not.
The PDT uses the information to plan suitable performance recognition factor at the achievement of each project component. • Communication matrix- track project performance by project component and WBS element. It comprises of WBS codes, WBS titles, sub-products, and Uniform Filing System location numbers. It also includes the location where sub-products are filed in the Project History File (PHF). A finished communication matrix consists of information about producer, receiver, transmittal method and submitted date.
The designer will list to client what kind of layout and font they want for the project and it important that the designer listen. The developer is someone who will be able to make measurements, building layout and drawing how the project should look like the developer will be able to organise all the equipment that is need to develop the project and it also the developer responsibilities to buy the all equipment’s that are on the list to do the project with me the project manager. Tester will need to be able to see that all the project is working for network because if the project does not meet the network requirement this will make the tester to do more test to see if the project can work or not and the taster will use computer and other testing system in order to find a solution to solve the problems on the project. Equipment or Facilities – a project can be limited by the available equipment or facilities, such as furniture, machinery, Pc, monitor, scanners, printer, technology, work area, hardware and software etc. It is vital that I have access to required equipment in order to install with the project.
Unit testing will be completed on each of the system components. Mo... ... middle of paper ... ...n outlined the chosen software, hardware and networks in regards to the responsibilities of each. The related resources necessary to properly support and maintain the system were also identified. This is perhaps the most important part of the project as it serves as an investment protection policy for the company. It ensures not only that the project implementation is done, but also demonstrates the lengths the company is willing to go to properly implement new projects.
They might form different topography by the geological action including weathering and eroding processes. Also, the slopes can decide whether the land is a plain or a hill. Furthermore, I think slope and geology can risk of the environmental hazards like landslides. Therefore, I put them together to show what the topography looks like, and I think it can be the first consideration for land development. People should always consider the safety as the first factor for doing construction.
I will be focusing on the elements of the system development process, the management controls I will be expecting to see throughout the process are: -Authorisation required for development projects -Changes must be controlled using appropriate approval and documentation -Administrative controls must be built into the design of the new system (eg batch control supervisor), verification is normally done by checking a service or system meets a set of specifications. Verification procedures involve performing tests to model, then concluding a review of the modelling results. A verification usually repeat test to ensure the products continues to meet the specific requirements and complies with regulations that have been established during the beginning of the development process. Verification is an internal process and can be in development or production. Validation is intended to ensure that the product or system results in a system that meets the operational needs of the user.
People don’t want to have a complicated way of life, they want to be simplistic and still be looking after then environment. My goal is to therefore create sustainable living but on a very simplistic bases because more often, people like to do as title as possible. In 2015 it is very important to go green, even though scientists are looking for new planets to move to, it is still very important to look after the planet that we live on now. The architecture community is aware of the importance of greener living. SANS 10400 Part X and Part XA is a SABS document that are responsible for the requirements of environmental sustainability and energy usage in a building.
Calibration is a way or method of maintaining the quality of the object being constructed or produced. Regulatorling the quality is what is termed as quality regulator. Quality regulator is a wide term which involves calibrations at various stages of construction. Basically, when we consider the quality regulator of some object, we always have some future object in mind and we try to find out the ways as to how to regulator the quality of that object, to be produced in future. This is why, the quality regulator people are provided with instructions prior to the production or construction of some object or some building.
Conservation of the environment has been recognized as a national priority and wide range of policies, laws & regulations are available for this purpose. It is a prerequisite to pay special attention to environmental issues and comprehensives environmental impact assessment study with regard to major industrial/commercial developments. This phase includes an assessment of likely impacts to ensure that any development undertaken is environmentally safe and complies with requirements of the community and requirements of rural land holders. Even though the proposed farm will be a medium scale, the company will operate the farm in such a manner as to minimize any harm to the environment and also resort to recognize operating practice against unnecessary damage. It will be made make sure that this agriculture and animal husbandry development will be an environmentally friendly enterprise.
