With more and more U.S. citizens in favor for the legalization of marijuana, the country is quickly looking to all the positive benefits instead of believing false accusations. There is great benefits to legalizing it, which include lowering crime rates, decreasing prison spending, taking advantage of the tax revenues, as well as the medical benefits marijuana provides. Families could stay together, all while keeping citizens out of prison and preventing unnecessary prison spending. Legalizing marijuana would also be a great fiscal decision for the government because they would benefit on a humongous level because they could regulate and tax the substance. The most advantageous benefit of legalizing marijuana is the health benefits. If marijuana is legalized, it would be beneficial to anyone who deals with chronic pain.
