The BBB states that it rate members and non-members of the Bureau objectively and equally. It claims that it does not support or recommend any business it rates. This has come under question in the eye of the consumer and media over recent years. However, I do not see their business growing if they do not grow their business into the world of e-commerce or diversify their services in some way to accommodate the consumer needs and businesses of the future.
