A German philosopher and political economist Max Weber once said “The fully developed bureaucratic apparatus compares with other organizations as does the machine with the non-mechanical modes of production.” Max Weber explained to the audience that each governmental system have their own style of running in a political bureaucratic structural standpoint. For example, Texas governments are ran by a plural executive system. They are very weak and the other being the cabinet system. One can argue that the other is better because these two system are very different. Being one is strong and the other is weak, gives the reason why Texas is the only state being ran by a plural executive system and 39 states have a cabinet structural system. There is the governor, the lieutenant governor, attorney general, land commissioner, commissioner of agriculture, and the comptroller. The negative thing is that with each six political chairs that are being inhabited, they are basically running there own campaign. That may cause major issues because each member could either be a democratic, republican, or even a libertarian. With that in mind, three different distinguishable parties with different mindsets wouldn’t work well with each other. There would be no team effort on fixing issues if nobody is on the same page. Did you know that Texas is the only state to have in chair a land commissioner to take ordinance on public land? If required the legislature may remove from governmental executive office an executive member if he or she is convicted from any wrongdoing.
