In my option Terrorism can be defined as Using violence to help gain or encourage something or a group. An example of terrorism would be ISIS. ISIS does not like any other region then Muslim. They will kill anyone who they think does not like their region or they think they don’t like the region.

2. Compare and contrast the motives and goals of

ISIS uses tactics like gaining trust of young children or psychotically warfare- making threatened messages on social media and the internet. The Taliban mainly uses their military to get what they want and the IRA uses bombs but try to avoid civilian catulities and they only want to attach government buildings. All 3 groups have one thing in common- they all use violence in some way shape or form to get what they want.

3. Compare and contrast how a religious belief system is used to encourage terrorism in ISIS and the Taliban. (5 points)

Isis and the Taliban both are terrorist groups that act mainly because of their regions belief’s. Isis wants everyone in the world to become Muslim. They want to make Syria a caphate state with the supreme leader throughout Syria. They also believe in killing nonbelievers of the Muslim region. The Taliban’s region is Sunni Islam. They follow the behavior of the prophet Muhammad. They want to shape society according to the "devein law of god. Both groups while believing in different things have some in common with each other.
