Taking an Inside Look at Internet Addiction

In today word we have a constant connection with internet; for example, we pay bills, we file taxes, we get appointments, etc. Those common things made our life easy; however, sometimes internet goes out of control and becomes an addiction.
Internet addiction has the same principle of a drug addiction because both of them online release dopamine into the brain's pleasure centers, resulting in obsessive pleasure-seeking behavior. Moreover, high levels of dopamine lead to high levels of motor activity and impetuous behavior and low levels of dopamine lead slowed reactions.

Addiction changes the brain, first by destabilizing the way it registers pleasure and then by changing other normal drives ;as a result, people with an addiction do not have control over what they are doing and their addiction may reach a point at which it is harmful. Unfortunately in these days the line between healthy internet use and unhealthy interned use is so small that we can fell into an addiction without even know it.
