WORK EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION BKC Manage Burger King Latin America and Caribbean supply chain and purchasing activities for 29 markets across the region to enable regional restaurant growth; maximize returns to restaurant owners by negotiating the lowest cost for goods and services, while improving quality, and ensuring the best value to franchisees, operators and customers. CONSULTANT Independent Consultant supporting and leading strategic procurement and operations effectiveness projects as SME (Subject Matter Expert) and project leader. Strategic responsibilities include working with executive and management team to develop strategic plans and implement proven actionable best practices to deliver efficiencies and savings in food, paper, supplies and services spend categories. Project management responsibilities include leading the execution of day-to-day project activities, monitor implementation, performance, and adherence to rules, regulations and procedures, including the execution sourcing projects, RFPs, supplier relationships, summarizing proposals and selecting suppliers.
