I assessed my own learning needs, skills and objectives, which I have to accomplish it during this clinical time. The requirements will be satisfied during clinical time in three departments in oncology hospital during 160 hours. First, I need to understand more about the cancer prevention, diagnosis and detection and treatment plan. Also, I need to fully understand about chemotherapy's types, way of administration, side effects. Also implement comprehensive, systematic and nursing care plan from patients receiving chemotherapy. Finally, I need to improve my communication skill regarding psychological aspect with the cancer patients. SWOT analysis is considered as effective tool in assessing and the evaluating organization or/and personal strengths and weakness internally. Also, it evaluating the eternal peritonitis and threats externally for individuals or/and organizations (Harmon, 2015). SWOT analysis has four main processes to be accomplished such as collecting data, analyzing, develop solution and select the pest solution (Gretzky‎, 2010).

I have the availability of patients' files which gives me good chance for knowledge. I can work with the patient for long time from 9:00 to 4:00, and can use the hospital equipment and resources; which give me the opportunities to achieve my nursing care plan. We have daily presentation and group work between each other. On the other hand, there were fewer threats such as; the clinical placement was far away, so I was spending a long time to get to the hospital. Finally, the oncology department was highly stressful especially with adult patients (See Appendix
