1 Introduction
Nowadays, the world is facing a brand new market and rapid changing business environment with the trend of globalization and innovative technology appearance. In addition, the rising of BRIC countries cannot be neglected which are forming and affecting the structure of current business environment. As an agent struggling for survival, knowledge of strategy and economics should be treated as the cornerstone to build a path adjusting the ever changing business environment and personal career pursuit. In this essay, the SWOT analysis will be used to elaborate personal situation under the new business environment. Furthermore, with the analysis of knowledge of strategy and economics, the practical case of me is going to be written in order to draw a picture of connecting myself to the business filed.

2 Lessons Strategy and Economics
First of all, as the base of open a new career, knowledge of strategy is a critical tool to take apart the complex external environment and the existing resources controlled internally by firms, then gives a clear view for combine them together effectively. Some enterprise believes that the most valuable knowledge is the tacit knowledge existing within company. (Quinn, Anderson and Finkelstein 1996). While it is recommended that organizations perform a knowledge-based SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis, comparing their knowledge to that of their competitors and to the knowledge required to execute their own strategy (Zack 1998). For instance, a firm’s distribution channel, mature client database and advanced production technology can be seen as the advantageous resources. Therefore, a further market questionnaire is necessary to get more know to this market and the customer shopping trend. The local competitors are other huge challenges for us. That also needs us more focusing more on the service as well as the monitor issues by widely application in IT skills in planning and tracking etc.

5. Conclusion
Some enterprise believes that the most valuable knowledge is the tacit knowledge existing within company. The prescriptive approach view considers that the future can be predicted, and decisions can be made for the long term.
In professional way, we have capable numeracy skills and the language skills. And I do expect that my job position could be a logistics manager in China as setting up a logistics company with my partners who study course of logistics.
