1 Introduction
Nowadays, the world is facing a brand new market and rapid changing business environment with the trend of globalization and innovative technology appearance. In addition, the rising of BRIC countries cannot be neglected which are forming and affecting the structure of current business environment. As an agent struggling for survival, knowledge of strategy and economics should be treated as the cornerstone to build a path adjusting the ever changing business environment and personal career pursuit. In this essay, the SWOT analysis will be used to elaborate personal situation under the new business environment.
