Kentucky spends about fifteen billion dollars per year incarcerating individuals from Beecher Terrace. Since the 1970’s the number of people locked up in the United States has grown from 300,000 to 2.3 million. Kentucky has been the center of this prison expansion. Charles McDuffie, Christel, Demetria, and Keith Huff all have something in common. Each of these individuals are repeat offenders, grew up or lived in Beech Terrace, and have some type of mental issue.

This seems like a difficult task for a country that was behind Russia in space exploration at the time.

The St.Lawerence Lowlands region consists of two parts St.Lawerence Lowlands and great lakes. Conrad, Bean, and Gordon achieved a precise landing at their expected location on November 19, 1969. During this mission, the crew carried the first color television camera to the moon’s surface, but transmission from this camera was lost after Alan Bean accidentally pointed it at the Sun which destroyed the camera. The mission objectives were selenological inspection, surveys and samplings in the landing areas, development of techniques for precision-landing capabilities, further evaluate the human capability to work in the lunar environment for a long period of time, and photography of potential exploration sites for future missions. All mission objectives were successful.

Hiram Revels was born on September 27, 1827 in Fayetteville, NC. Unlike the majority of African Americans in the south, Hiram was born to free parents. His father worked as a Baptist preacher and his mother was of Scottish descent. Because of his Scottage background he was believed to be mixed with African and Croatan Indian lineage. In a time when teaching African Americans was illegal, Revels had an opportunity to attend a school taught by a black women. His older brother Elias Revels owned a barbershop, which he inherited upon his sibling’s death. Two years later he left to continue his education and to obtain a job.

After I reviewed many historical resources, I found that the increase of population after the Civil War who needed education to improve their standard of living was a huge issue. It has had an impact on the modern land-grant university. The increase of population was a result of giving the slaves their freedom in some states. In my point of view, I believe that inequality between all the citizen was the most important issue in the history of Land-grant University.
