These binding bricks originated in a wooden form when the company was first established in Billund, Denmark by Kirk Kristiansen in 1932 (The LEGO Group, 2012), and today’s well known plastic version was introduced in 1958 (Rosenberg). The company’s head office is located in Billund to this day, and The LEGO Group remains privately owned by Kristiansen’s family (The LEGO Group, 2012). Once the target market has been identified it is important to develop a marketing strategy. In today's fast paced, information overloaded society; conveying a message about a product seems to be more difficult than ever. The consumer is bombarded with advertising everywhere they look. Promoting a Package For a Newly Formed Company My objective is to promote a package for a newly formed company. I will be producing a handbags company, which will be called 'Noble & Wild'. What inspired me to choose a handbag company was actually my father. This is because he used to have a business in that trade. My company will be world-wide, which will attract the young female group aged between 18-30, as the bags produced will be used as a fashion accessory.
Target provides certain products to fit the need of their guests throughout all their retail locations. They look to appeal to young, active, and well educated families by setting standards for the products they carry and the layout of there stores. They carry selections of a wide variety of home goods and personal care products; they even carry pet supplies and fresh produce. This allows their consumers to purchase everything they need for their homes within one store; a huge advantage for families and young adults.
When choosing the marketing strategy an organization needs to recognize that the essential point of marketing is building profitable relationships with the target consumer, however, the organisation has numerous choices in planning their marketing strategy. A considerable number of corporations in the world define marketing as knowing the requirements/needs of the target market and convey through a different medium the idea that their product fulfils the consumer’s need better than the competition.
Given the product, personal selling would not be a part of our marketing plan. Personal selling would involve the customer being met in person by a representative of the company (Gillespie and Hennessey, p. 407). Given our plan of extensive distribution, this seems like too much for a grocery snack. However, personal contact is extremely important to the Asian culture and it could be something worth pursuing in the future (Onkvisit and Shaw, 2009). It might be better for personal contact to come through a different source that is not our company; rather, a person or source steeped into the culture. When personal selling does happen in South Korea, it is a general rule to be modest and humble.

Malaysia have a Malay culture, a Chinese culture, an Indian culture , a Eurasian culture, along with the cultures. the peninsula and north Borneo. A unified Malaysian culture is something only emerging in the country. The important social distinction in the emergent national culture is between Malay and non-Malay, represented by two groups: the Malay elite that dominates the country's politics, and the largely Chinese middle class whose prosperous lifestyle leads Malaysia's shift to a consumer society. The two groups mostly stay in the urban areas of the Malay Peninsula's west coast, and their sometimes competing, sometimes parallel effect shape the shared life of Malaysia's citizens. Sarawak and Sabah, the two Malaysian states located in north Borneo, tend to be less a influential part of the national culture.
