Difference:
The education requirements in Florida are, from time to time, the board will need the physical therapist to prove their professional capability, in order for them to renew their license. Therefore every 2 years they have to complete 24 hours of continuing education. The board can only accept courses taken from a college or university, but they can make exception if there is an emergency. In Arizona there are 3 different sections of activities that can be completed in order to renew your license. The choices are to complete 20 hours every 2 years, complete the minimum amount of 10 contact hours, and you can combine two of the options.

Kris Young was 25 when he was brought before the court on charges of theft. Kris was alleged to have tried to walk out of City Wear, a popular clothing store in Jurisville, without paying for a leather jacket costing $600. When stopped by the store manager, he tried to run away but was overpowered and handed over to the officers from JPD.Unable to make bail, Kris remained in custody for 60 days during which he pleaded guilty to theft. Based on the plea and the circumstances of the case, the judge sentenced Kris to a year in prison. Later the sentence was suspended and Kris was ordered to be under probation. The probation officer was asked to report back to the court after 3 months.

Since 1975 education has changed drastically, especially the education of students with disabilities. Two cases that catalyzed the debate for change were Brown vs. Topeka Board of Education and Mills v. Board of Education of the District of Columbia. The first case took place in 1954 when the Brown v. Topeka Board of Education (1954) case opened the doors for parents and educators to argue for equal access to education for students with disabilities. This case inspired educational reform for these students by guaranteeing equal protections under the law as stated in the fourteenth amendment (Blanchett, Mumford, & Beachum, 2005). This allowed parents of students with disabilities the right to argue against segregation on the basis of disability (Blanchett, et al., 2005). The second occurred in 1972 during the Mills v. Board of Education of the District of Columbia case when seven children had been excluded from public schools in because of learning and behavior problems (Mills v Board of Education of the District of Columbia, 1972). The school district insisted that it did not have enough money to provide special education services for the students and the court ruled that the lack of funds was not an excuse for failing to provide educational services to children with disabilities (Mills v Board of Education of the District of Columbia, 1972). The judge ruled that the needs of students should come first (Yell, Rogers, & Rogers, 1998). Various educational requirements serve as a qualification to a career as a physical therapist. A person must earn a minimum of two degrees from accredited universities, perform volunteer service and comply with certification requirements to complete the educational requirements toward a career in physical therapy. First, the interested person must complete an undergraduate degree with either a Bachelor of Science, or a Bachelor of Arts with a heavy science background.. The occupation of physical therapy is a very crucial and highly demanded job and will continue to expand in the future.
Some schools do offer an undergraduate/doctoral degree program that allows any student to graduate with both, bachelor's and doctoral degrees. This may give the student an extra advantage when it comes to applying for a job. Volunteering is something that many doctoral programs may require, so any student that volunteer in a hospital or clinic not only allows them to enter the program, but also gives them experience that will be useful later on in his or her career. In the end all students must earn a doctoral degree in Physical Therapy in order to actually practice as a therapist. These programs last around 3 years. As part of training you are supervised for seven months in a clinical setting that includes lab and classroom instruction in medical diagnostic, patient examination and evaluation, orthopedics, prosthetic, and medical screening. Clinical experience,as i have said before, is the best way in preparing people that are pursuing this career. Personal Philosophy of Supervision Beliefs and Philosophy School administrators are important in setting the path for a successful school (Glickman, et al., 2014). The principals could play a dynamic leadership depending on how they exercise their beliefs of the organizational and social environment (McNair, 2011). The principals are the primary facilitators for developing the foundations in learning that will last, to manage the student’s performance at schools, and seeking the improvement at school that will cause great impacts in school‘s education (Gordon,1989). In the recent years in the U.S., education has change in a more cultural diversity population, it is imperative that school supervisors, are trained to encounter this cultural issues, but also assisting others with the opportunities to develop appropriate abilities to deal with different cultures (Glickman, et al., 2014). Even though this increasing awareness of the multicultural issues, many supervisors are not being trained how to deal with this issues in the daily practice.
