I am reading “The Bass, the River, and Sheila Mant” by W.D. Wetherell and I am on page 6. This book is about a boy who is madly in love with a girl named Shiela Mant. For the past couple of summers he has been stalking her and one day he finally got the guts to ask her out. Unfortunatally the date didnt go so well. In this paper I will be questioning and connecting.

He had to pick fishing or a girl and i had to pick volleyball or dance. In the story the biy picked the girl, but wished he had picked the girl. I picked dance but wished i would have picked dance. I wish I would have picked dance because I had a volleyball game the next day and couldnt play as much. That was because I went to dance practice instead of volleyball practice. The boy picked the girl over then fish and realized that he had made the wrong decision. After making those desicions the boy and I both regreted them.
