Introduction: Schizophrenia is a chronic and recurrent disease which may cause clinical, cognitive, social and occupational impairment. Current approaches to treatment for schizophrenia, suggest that the integration of medication with psychosocial interventions. Psychiatric rehabilitation of schizophrenia is aimed improving social and occupational skills so that a person with a serious illness can live independently. .In this study, we aim the assessment of effectiveness of psychosocial interventions on the disease symptoms, functionality, insight, treatment compliance and caregiver burden in Community Mental Health Center (CMHC). Material-Methods: The participants totaled 150 patients with schizophrenia from two samples, followed in CMHC (n:100)
