Triangle was one of most skyscraper building in the town, thousand of worker under the same roof on their powerful machine The shirtwaist owners have made millions from this new fashion trend few rights and options worker was have to work seven days week with low payment ,they were work like machine. So this situation need at some point to be resistance from people who looks for women right and as a result the International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union become known as the first stick women to get their right. The strike was resistance by a humiliating treatment by city police and women who tried to fight for their right were disorderly conduct to jail government . government did not give these women the protection they were aim to get as human been .The money was interest of the large companies to be successful in this time there were no respond to the strike of the women union against the company ,so the company continued the business there were 500 worker that works 60 hours in weak
