School of thought:
I will be using the functionalist school of thought to focus on this question. I think that this school of thought is best because my question revolves around figuring out which one functions the best at Havergal: coming to school before grade nine (elementary and middle school) or starting Havergal in grade nine. I will post this survey to the Havergal Facebook Group and then I will wait a week for responses. This will all be done within Havergal.
Bias:
A potential research Bias I see is that I only fall under one of these categories and that can influence how I predict the final results to fall. I came to Havergal in Grade nine and think that though there are advantages to have gone to another school, in terms of life in Havergal it would have been easier to have been here from the start. Having this Bias may influence the way I form my questions.
